Order Information

Refunds: In the very unlikely event that you should not be pleased with your FunkySlings product or that the incorrect size was sent, a refund or exchange will be arranged if the FunkySlings product is returned within 7 days after receipt in an unused, clean and new condition. Please note that unfortunately we cannot refund your p&p charges and that with exchanges we must charge incurred postal rates. We must also charge a £2 restocking fee.

Shipping: Your FunkySlings product will be dispatched once your payment has been processed and received. Usually you should receive your FunkySling within 2 weeks. Please bear in mind that as all our products are made to measure, it may take up to 3 weeks for your sling to arrive. However, we endeavour to send your FunkySlings product within the specified time frame of 2 weeks. You will be contacted if we expect any delays and more often than not you will receive your chosen baby carrier after 1 week. Usually orders take longer towards the end and the beginning of the month as we appear to get bulk orders during those times. Even though we are currently training new WAHMs (work at home mums) to ease the workload, we do have to look after little children and babies and cannot always guarantee posting dates. We ask for your understanding and patience - quality work takes time!

Safety: You will always receive your FunkySlings product at the highest standard possible. No faulty FunkySlings product will ever be sent out. All FunkySlings products are double checked before dispatch. All FunkySlings products will be made subject to testing prior to dispatch. However, please check your FunkySlings product before and after every use to ensure that safety standards are always met. Always ensure that there is plenty of fabric between you and you baby. FunkySlings cannot be held responsible for any accidents.

Privacy Policy: It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organization. This includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on our order form. The information on the order form is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
